Steph is a singer, pianist and guitarist. With over a decade of experience in retail customer service and employee training, Steph originally joined our team to provide in-store product demos as well as to help cover our increasing number of retail accounts. Among other things they conducted on-site training, merchandised new products, maintained POP displays and ensured the successful launch of new products at the store level.
